Good amount of BCAAs for a postworkout. Decent taste.
This was very very awesome for my post workout. I am usually very sore in my arms because I do heavy weights so, I treated myself. Two days later I have more energy AND I feel no lactic acid buildup. FREE to lift again! Tastes disgusting but that's all creatine
I think they worked good. After being out in the heat of the south for a few hours working In yard, they helped. I use the energy and immune , use them also love them , with the recovery when needed is a Great plus
These have completely changed my post workout recovery times. I find myself being able to lift and train harder. Just ome of these post workout and I'm good to go the next day, noor soreness or sluggishness. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.
