Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping Rate: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This will also include a rough estimate in transit time, but generally USPS takes 5-10 business days to arrive for domestic orders.

We do offer free domestic shipping for orders over $70. Please note that the value of the cart must be over $70 after any discounts to receive the free shipping option.

Shipping to APO / FPO


When shipping to APO / FPO, make sure when you put "APO" or "FPO" in City and then select the correct "Armed Force" region as the State.

 International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries and shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please allow generally 2-4 weeks for International orders.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you do not see an email, please also check your spam folder.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your delivery confirmation email, please contact us at support@cardomax.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
